FLAVORS

Many of our flavors change with the season.  We will always have our fabulous Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Red Velvet, but this Spring we have added some really delicious new flavors to some returning favorites.

SPRING 2010

French Lemon Cake    A lovely, moist cake made with fresh lemon zest, this is the perfect flavor to welcome warm weather and Spring.  Not too sweet, this cake has a bright flavor that we think you will love.

Coconut   This Whoopie is for all you Southerners out there who grew up on the great coconut cake your Momma made for special occasions.  There is coconut in the cake and in the frosting so it is absolutely brimming with rich coconut flavor.

Carrot Cake with Pineapple  This recipe has been in my family for years.  You can taste the sweet, fresh carrot and the tangy pineapple in every bite and the classic cream cheese frosting is the perfect tart/sweet
finishing touch.

Peach Mango  A few years ago, I was making a cobbler and ran short of peaches, so I cut up a ripe mango and
WOW! – a star was born.  I have used these two wonderful flavors together ever since.  The flavor is delicate and almost floral and just delicious.

Old Favorites

Red Raspberry

Raspberry Red Velvet

The gorgeous ruby color of our Raspberry Red Velvet Whoopie is enhanced by dark, rich raspberry juice so every bite is full of flavor. The lush cream cheese filling adds a bit of sweetness and a bit of tartness at the same time and is the perfect compliment to the moist cake.

Dark Chocolate

Dark Chocolate with Dark Chocolate

Our Dark Chocolate Whoopie is deep, dark, decadent chocolate nirvana! The cake is rich and moist and the filling is more like dark fudge than frosting.  Truly a chocolate lover’s heaven!

Cherry AlmondSour Cherry with White Chocolate

The brightness of the not too sweet cherry cake is the perfect compliment to the buttery, rich sweetness of the perfect white chocolate frosting.  Made with the deep red Michigan cherries and a touch of almond, the cake is wonderful and paired with the white chocolate, it is headed for the Whoopie Hall of Fame.
